RAPT is a performance training facility dedicated to helping YOU reach that next level. We strive to help our members reach their goals through nurturing and guiding the coordination and growth of a young active child, focusing on more mature athletes by increasing speed, agility, power, flexibility, and endurance, and working with adults who want to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.

RAPT is dedicated to ensuring you experience a comprehensive program that optimizes athletic performance for all ages and abilities.  We want to be your partner in becoming a stronger and more confident individual whether that means striving to be an Olympian, preparing for college, making your club or high school team, gaining the proper foundation as a youth, continuing to be a weekend warrior, or simply maintaining an active healthy lifestyle.  Our passion and commitment to helping you achieve your goals is what motivates us to stay focused and educated in the field of strength and conditioning for your complete satisfaction.  
Our mission is to fuel an atmosphere of energy and create a dynamic setting based on the pursuit of function – defined by measurements of performance in direct proportion to custom designed sport specific programming goals.  Simply put, athletic development is like school.  In order to get bigger, faster and stronger athletes must master the fundamentals physically and mentally.  We then build on them systematically by constant progression or regression.
We do all of this with an understanding of the anatomy and biomechanics of sport specific and age appropriate movements.

Our long term athletic development programs can incorporate all of the areas below:

  • Speed and agility
  • Strength, power, and endurance
  • Mobility and flexibility
  • Injury prevention and rehabilitation
  • Sports specific conditioning
  • Weight gain or weight loss
  • Recovery technique
  • Sports specific skills
  • Nutrition

All of these variables can be trained concurrently, although certain variables take higher precedent depending on the individuals short and long term goals.
