Sarah's speed and agility when playing basketball was amazing this past season thanks to RAPT. She had so much better control of her body which at 11 years old is not easy. This season I won all of my running events and got one second in the regular season. My 4x4 team won districts. My 4x4 also won the DVC and finished third in the 400 hurdles. At the D2 Central Mass Division 2 Championship I got 5th in the 400 hurdles, 3rd in the 4x1 and broke the school record, and our 4x4 team came in 1st place. At All States I broke the 4x1 school record. I was a DVC All Star and Whitinsville School track MVP. My daughter, Olivia has benefited greatly from the RAPT program. She is faster and stronger than a year ago. MI started training with Josh in January 2014 and was immediately struck by the new paradigm of training. This wasn’t backs and bi’s then legs and shoulders, this was different. Because of RAPT training I was able to complete a Spartan Sprint and an O2X Summit Challenge in 2014. I trained harder this year and did a Sprint, a 5K run, a charity OCR called Maya Challenge, and just completed the Loon Mountain O2X Summit Challenge, a 5.6 mile 2000’ vertical climb with natural terrain obstacles, where I finished 4th in my age group! RAPT has helped me get stronger, feel better and I have more confidence in physical ability than I ever have. I have been able to do things in my 40’s I definitely couldn’t do in my 30’s, including the Spartan Race. It was an amazing feeling to be part of a 17 person team to complete this physical challenge. I never would have been able to do it without the RAPT staff and my RAPT teammates. RAPT has been phenomenal for both me and my 16-year old son. The programs are tailored to individual needs and abilities. My son uses RAPT for pre-season basketball training, helping him to jump higher and build stamina needed for the court. I have been attending cardio and weightlifting session for over a year – longer than any gym before – and feel energized and confident, while also having fun.
